Start with the problem, not the brief

The most useful first conversation is usually about one number somebody does not trust, or one programme that has stopped moving. We can work outwards from there.

Tell us what is not working

A short note is enough. We will come back within one working day, and if we are not the right people for it we will say so.

Within one working day

A sentence is plenty. The number you do not trust, the migration that has stalled, the review that went badly.

We reply within one working day. No sequences, no newsletter signup.

Before you write

How does a first engagement usually start?

A conversation, then a short scoped piece of work with a defined completion condition. We would rather prove something small than sell a programme on a slide.

Do you work with our existing team?

Always. Every engagement is built so your team owns the result, and that is a constraint on how the work runs rather than a phase at the end.

What if we are not sure what we need?

That is the normal starting point. Bring one decision the business makes regularly, or one figure that has caused an argument, and we will work back from it.
