Cybersecurity & Digital Resilience

Technology alone does not remove cyber risk. We work across people, process and technology, so the controls hold up in practice and you can evidence them when someone asks.

Request a security consultation

A programme reporting no incidents is not a clean record. It is a programme that does not detect them.

A security posture dashboard: risk exposure by area, open incidents, vulnerability remediation and compliance readiness

How we approach it

Assessment first, because you cannot prioritise risk you have not measured.

  1. Assess the real exposure

Vulnerabilities, risks and gaps across technology and practice, producing visibility rather than a scan report nobody reads.

  2. Prioritise by actual risk

A remediation roadmap ordered by what would genuinely hurt, not by what the tooling scored highest.

  3. Implement layered controls

Identity, endpoint, monitoring and cloud controls aligned to recognised frameworks, deployed and tuned rather than switched on.

  4. Keep improving

Security is a posture, not a project. Reviews, monitoring guidance and continuous improvement after the engagement ends.

People, process and technology

Addressing only one of the three is how organisations end up well tooled and still exposed.

A technical review in progress

People

Awareness and resilience across the workforce, because the majority of incidents still begin with somebody being asked to click something.

Process

Governance, policies and operational controls that people can actually follow, plus the evidence that they are being followed.

Technology

Layered controls aligned to recognised frameworks and tuned to your environment.

Security operations and threat detection

Microsoft Sentinel, Splunk, Elastic Security and IBM QRadar, configured so alerts mean something.

Endpoint protection

Microsoft Defender for Endpoint, CrowdStrike Falcon and SentinelOne.

Identity and access security

Microsoft Entra ID, Okta and CyberArk, covering privileged access as well as everyday sign-in.

Where it has worked

Three engagements, and what changed as a result.

Microsoft security enhancement programme

An organisation wanted visibility of cyber risk across its Microsoft environment. We assessed the estate and implemented Microsoft Defender, conditional access policies, stronger identity controls and compliance monitoring. Risk exposure fell, visibility improved, access management tightened and compliance readiness improved.

Cyber risk assessment and governance review

A client needed an independent view of its cybersecurity maturity and governance. We reviewed security processes, technology controls and organisational practice, and produced a clear remediation roadmap. The governance framework improved and executives finally had a defensible picture of risk.

Cloud security transformation

An organisation moving critical workloads to the cloud needed security designed into the architecture rather than added afterwards. We built a cloud security framework aligned to industry practice, improving monitoring capability and operational resilience and closing the gaps before they shipped.

Compliance, without treating it as the goal

We support organisations through ISO 27001, Cyber Essentials and Cyber Essentials Plus, GDPR, the NIST Cybersecurity Framework and data protection regulations. The aim is not a certificate. It is security practice that is secure, sustainable and auditable, which is what the certificate is supposed to represent.

  • ISO 27001 and the NIST Cybersecurity Framework
  • Cyber Essentials and Cyber Essentials Plus
  • GDPR and wider data protection obligations
  • Vulnerability management with Rapid7, Tenable Nessus and Qualys

Practical measures that reduce real-world risk

We prioritise the controls that change your actual exposure, tailored to what your organisation is trying to do, and we say so when something is not worth doing.

Common questions

How do we know if our organisation is vulnerable?

A cybersecurity assessment gives you visibility of vulnerabilities, risks and gaps, which is what lets you plan remediation in a sensible order instead of guessing.

Do you support Microsoft security technologies?

Yes. Microsoft Defender, Sentinel, Entra ID, Purview and the associated security capabilities.

Can you help us achieve Cyber Essentials certification?

Yes. We support organisations through Cyber Essentials and other recognised security frameworks.

What happens if we experience a security incident?

We assist with incident response planning, containment guidance, investigation support and recovery activities.

Do you offer ongoing cybersecurity support?

Yes. Advisory services, security reviews, monitoring guidance and continuous improvement programmes.

Cybersecurity is about confidence, not just protection

Whether you need a security assessment, a cloud security review, compliance support or strategic guidance, it is better to find the gaps before someone else does.
